Welcome to Cahoots Adventure Camp!

Kerem Adventure Camp but with a Cahoots hat on.

When it comes to camping, West Aussies know that Kerem Adventure Camp have been the experts for over 40 years, and that’s why in 2024 Kerem is getting a face-lift as Cahoots Adventure Camp!

Kerem, now Cahoots Adventure Camp, became a part of the Cahoots family in January of 2022, and under Cahoots’ stewardship, the camp operates as a for-purpose social enterprise, dedicated to creating a positive impact and facilitating growth for young West Aussies of all abilities.

If this is your first time hearing about Cahoots Adventure Camp we’d like to introduce you to Cahoots!

Cahoots is a registered NDIS provider, running a variety of inclusive services throughout the year, catering to people of all abilities aged 5+.

Our purpose at Cahoots (formerly Kids’ Camps) is to create inclusive opportunities, like camping adventures and day programs, for children and young people living with disability and others who face exceptional challenges to develop friendships, skills, and confidence.

While Cahoots caters to young people living with disability, Cahoots Adventure Camp will continue to offer fun and exciting activities, camps, team-building opportunities and so much more to people of all ages and abilities in WA.

Located on the doorstep of the Swan Valley, just 30 minutes from the City, Cahoots Adventure Camp has long been one of WA’s best school camp, youth camp retreat, and team-building venues.

In operation since 1981, the ground has become one of Perth’s favourite camp destinations, so we’re very keen to share its new rebrand with all the schools, social groups, and organisations who have loved Kerem for decades.

Cahoots Adventure Camp offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Featuring lush green lawns and iconic Aussie bush, you’ll be transported to a world where adventure knows no bounds.

Whether you’re taking a break between games or simply soaking in the outdoors, there’s no shortage of opportunities to connect with nature at Cahoots Adventure Camp.

The grounds aren’t just for thrill-seekers either; it’s also a fantastic opportunity for families and teams to bond and create lasting memories together.

With a range of activities catering to different skill levels, parents, children and colleagues can team up to tackle challenges and cheer each other on as they take on the outdoors.

At Cahoots, we’re so excited to spread our wings with Cahoots Adventure Camp and welcome more young people, families, teams, and classrooms to participate in enriching programs tailored to their needs.

If you’d like to discover more about Cahoots or become a supporter, you can find out more via the Cahoots website: https://temp.cahoots.org.au/  or the Cahoots Adventure Camp website www.cahootsadventurecamp.com.au

Help us, help others

No matter how small, your contribution goes towards helping Cahoots lower the costs for families using our services. Whilst we are NDIS funded, there is often a shortfall between the funding and the cost of our activities, so your donations mean families can still send their loved ones to our camps and programs.

For many, Cahoots is a life changing experience for both the participants who grow, learn and enjoy themselves, but it also provides respite to parents and families from the demands of full time care. Anything you can spare is greatly appreciated.
